Edin was born from a simple observation: restaurants in Romania work hard, but fly blind. We give them the tools to see their cost, control their operation and grow, in the real market, with its real rules.

Why we exist

In a market with margins below 1%, navigating on instinct is no longer an option.

Restaurants run on dozens of systems that don't talk to each other: recipes in the chef's head, stock in notebooks, sales in the POS, invoices somewhere else. Work is duplicated, decisions are delayed, and margin leaks unnoticed.

In an industry where the average margin is below 1%, fragmentation is no longer an inconvenience, it's a question of survival. And existing solutions are either too expensive or built for other markets, without e-Factura or local compliance.
